The city of Leeds is the largest in the county of Yorkshire and is the 5th largest city in England. It has two universities with nearly 60,000 students amongst whom are nearly 5,000 Muslim students. The Muslim community in the city is about 30,000 who are mainly from Pakistan, India, and Bangladesh, while the Arab community is about one thousand plus many small communities from Bosnia, Kosova and other countries of origin. |
