STOPPAGE IN CANAL

When anchored in the Bitter Lakes, Lake Timsah or stopped in the Canal, the engine should be always ready for use.

NOTE:

In case of failing to comply with any of the previous requirements, a vessel may be delayed from joining the convoy and/or may be subject to special arrangements for her transit. This includes imposing convoying tugboats. Access to the Canal may also be refused.
