VESSEL REQUIREMENTS

Vessels carrying dangerous packaged goods must comply with the standards of "International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea 74/78" as amended and must be classified in one of the recognized classification societies belonging to the International Associations of Classifcation Societies and still under its supervision.
