B - UHF RADIOTELEPHONY IN THE CANAL
(1) UHF voice communication system was built to cover all the
Canal and its approaches to facilitate communication between pilots and the main movement
office at Ismailia and the port management offices.
The Canal pilot uses a special portable UHF personal transceiver which has the following
frequencies
