Vessels carrying radioactive substances Group 1 in containers Vessels carrying radioactive substances Group 1 in containers are allowed to join the Southbound second convoy and make fast at Ballast Loop. Accordingly, para (d) Article 49 Item (5) will be modified to read as follows: (d) Vessels carrying uncontainerised radioactive substance Group 1. This circular takes effect as of 1/7/1995.
